Record Collector are proud to bring you a rare 7” single from our first soundtrack release in our Rare Record series. This is limited to 300 copies.
The French film Mariage Collectif (Collective Marriage) was released in 1971 with a full soundtrack composed by Jean Pierre Mirouze. Although Ember records acquired the music they never issued the soundtrack LP.
Ember only released Together/Sexopolis as a single in the U.K. in 1971, now worth over £100. Together was co-written and sung by legendary singer and producer Barry Blue who, at that time, recorded as Barry Green. This was his first solo record although collectors seek the 7” for the beat driven organ pleasure of Sexopolis on the B-side.
This single can be brought on its own or as part of a bundle with the Collective Marriage LP.
